Our most potent anticorruption idea, the integrity clubs. The members of these boy/girl scouts – type integrity clubs will be at the frontlines of preventing corruption by spreading anticorruption messages within the schools and to their homes.

 WENIRUDA will organise and sponsor these student groups in all the major schools in the region. Our goal is engage students in educational activities that impart or send out a strong message of integrity.

The choice of their activities will depend on the interests of the groups. For example, they may perform arts, write, and debate or design a science project.

The activities will be designed to challenge both their creativity and integrity. At the end of 2008, the groups will meet at a convention where a committee will select the best groups. In the case of performing arts and debates, we may produce the best performances as radio and video programs.

 Some of the WENIRUDA Family members recruited through the GreenMango Scholarship program will be involved in leading the integrity clubs. Please come back in a few months to see the progress of these clubs.
